• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle status: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details using Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the possibly lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs and collection charges in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
