The seized property will be sold by increment bids in an online auction on the website huutokaupat.com during the period 17 March 2026 – 31 March 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 31 March 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The objects are sold on the online auction with increment bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 17 March 2026 – 31 March 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 31 March 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price to the bailiff without delay. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the bailiff, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The offer must be delivered by 27 March 2026 at 12:00 at the latest to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase bid is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number for which the offer is made. The bidder must identify themself to the Enforcement Authority when submitting a written bid.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the buyer candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment automaton. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 27 March 2026 at 12:00 at the address below; Ulosottolaitos/Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Björneborg. A written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and the bid must state the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the number of the item in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themself in order to submit the bid.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must then also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The buyer must, without delay after acceptance of the bid, pay the full purchase price to the bailiff. Acceptable forms of payment are cash or equivalent payment instruments and security. Immediate transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61 using reference RF21 3960 0000 3162 62 is also accepted. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

The buyer shall pay the transfer tax of 1.5% on the shares directly to the tax authority and shall provide the Enforcement Authority with a receipt, against which a certificate of transfer of ownership of the shares will be issued.

The item has been seized and will be sold by the bailiff by free sale in accordance, where applicable, with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
