• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition‑checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so latent defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Before placing a bid, the bidder must familiarise themselves with the premises and any relevant company documents and records. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been observed during the pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: The item carries no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from Huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. • 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so inspect the items carefully before buying. Please check all matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise notified. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re‑sell the item and will charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
