• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder must inspect the item, company documents and related papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a fact that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com email. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple bids, a collection fee applies to each. The collection fee is shown under "delivery methods and costs" on the lot page. • 🔕 Origin of items Items originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
