For sale: 2 x Yanmar 6LYA-STP diesel engines with attached ZF88 C gearboxes. Gear ratio is 1:1. The engines and gearboxes were removed during an upgrade refit from a sea rescue vessel equipped with waterjet propulsion in 2025. The engines have approximately 5,500 running hours and were acquired in 2007.

The engines and gearboxes were removed while operational, but all items in this auction are sold as decommissioned scrap without any warranty. The engines and gearboxes are old and may have latent defects.

The buyer agrees to purchase both engines together in this auction and to collect the items by 14:00 on 8 April 2026. If the auctioned items are not collected by the deadline, they will revert to the seller's property and any paid purchase price will not be refunded.
