The item is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in the pictures are not included unless expressly stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, transfer, packing and removal of the item and for the related costs. Uncollected items will revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for possible errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction information; bid with the correct identifiers. Any new invoices issued afterwards with different details and any other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take from days up to weeks depending on various parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and on whether checks related to anti-money laundering and sanctions on the buyer are carried out. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
