• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been reviewed by a condition inspector, so latent defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the lot in question and any company documents and paperwork. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been seen during the pre‑inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always check all possibly related matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the possibly lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest.
