• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition surveyor, so there may be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder must inspect the specific lot, and any company documents and papers, before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 🔕 Goods The items come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new so faults and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check any matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles via the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50/day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between any lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and conditions and the terms of sale before making an offer.

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller guarantees that the information in the listing is correct
