Handmade solid wood slatted base with four turned legs. The piece clearly shows age and use: wear, marks and the patina of time, which make it genuinely old and characterful.

The original intended use is not known, but the construction suggests a footrest, base or drying rack. Well suited as interior décor, a prop or a collector’s item.

Condition: used / old – structurally sound. Legs in poor condition.
Age: estimated turn of the 19th–20th century

NOTE: The item must be collected between 16–20 March 2026. Items can be collected on weekdays between 08:00–16:00. If the item is not collected within the agreed time, we will charge a storage fee of €20 per day per item.

The items are located at Sorvaajankatu 15, Helsinki. Collection is from the loading dock, which has an adjustable bridge and vehicle ramp. Please note that carrying the item into a vehicle/trailer from the collection point is the collector’s responsibility.
