Manufactured by Arabia in the 1950s–1960s to Alvar Aalto’s designs as part of architectural lighting solutions. Used particularly in public buildings designed by Aalto as glare shields for indirect lighting and as light diffusers.

Rare original architectural ceramic parts – not mass-produced. Sold as a set of 6 pieces.

Condition:
As shown in the pictures. Small defects on some rods.

NOTE: The lot must be collected between 16 and 20 March 2026. Goods can be collected between 08:00 and 16:00 on weekdays. If the lot is not collected within the agreed period, we will charge a storage fee of €20 per day per item for extra days.

The items are located at Sorvaajankatu 15, Helsinki. Collection takes place at the loading dock, which has an adjustable bridge and a vehicle ramp. Please note that carrying the item into a vehicle/trailer from the collection point is the collector’s responsibility.
