The item will be sold by auction on the online auction site www.huutokaupat.com between 3–26 March 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 26 March 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system availability. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic increment system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be delivered no later than 25 March 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Joensuu office, address Yliopistokatu 6B, FI-80100 Joensuu (open Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00), or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.
