The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The bid must be submitted in writing no later than 23 March 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must show the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.
