The lot is sold by incremental (ascending) bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 10 March 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

If registration is not possible, a written purchase offer may be submitted. The written offer must be delivered by post or email so that it is received by the Enforcement Authority no later than 5 March 2026 at 12:00. The email address is oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi and the postal address is Ulosottolaitos, Kajaani office, Lönnrotinkatu 2 A 4th floor, 87100 Kajaani (open Tue and Thu 09:00–12:00). The written offer must state the bidder’s name, personal identity number or business ID and contact details, and identify the item for sale. A written offer will be recorded in the online auction as a bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s systems. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has recorded as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under the Enforcement Code, Chapter 5, Section 25.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will notify the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer must pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account (virkavaraintili). Once the payment appears on the account, the enforcement officer will make the sales decision, which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the offer has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted, pay the full purchase price on the same day by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. Detailed payment instructions will be provided to the buyer after the offer is accepted.
