Terms of sale
The property will be sold by successive bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 24 February 2026 and 13 March 2026. Participation requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 13 March 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
If it is not possible to submit an offer via www.huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be delivered in writing no later than 12 March 2026 at 12:00 to:
Enforcement Authority, Mikkeli office,
Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor,
50100 Mikkeli
or by e-mail: kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi
A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on www.huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates.
The assets are seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer through a free sale, applying where appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the item for sale.
Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the sale item, the sales brochure and the attached documents before bidding.
Any appeal against the sale or actions related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Information on how to appeal is attached to the sales decision.
