The property is sold by rising bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website during 19 February–16 March 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 19:00 on 16 March 2026 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system records as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of €10,000 of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official funds account. Acceptance of the offer and payment instructions will be notified to the buyer separately. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be deemed the buyer.

The asset has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer by public disposal, in compliance where applicable with the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code and the specific sale terms for this sale.

Buyers are advised to read the general auction terms carefully, especially the provisions on transfer of possession and ownership. The buyer may take possession of the property once the full purchase price has been paid to the enforcement officer.

Transfer of ownership requires payment of the purchase price and that the sale has become final. The share certificate with transfer entries will be handed over to the buyer when the purchase price has been paid in full to the enforcement officer, the sale has become final and the buyer has presented proof to the enforcement officer that the transfer tax has been paid to the tax authority.

Bidders are strongly encouraged to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure, the attached documents and the terms applicable to the sale before placing a bid.

Appeal: A separate sales decision is drawn up on acceptance of the purchase offer. An enforcement appeal against the sale and related or preceding actions must be made within three weeks from the date of the sales decision. Instructions on appeal are attached to the sales decision.
