The property will be sold in an online auction on huutokaupat.com from 19 February 2026 to 12 March 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 12 March 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid in the auction.

The enforcement authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has recorded as highest. The enforcement officer may, however, accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 09 March 2026 at 12:00 to Ulosottolaitos/Pori, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written offer is binding and subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
