A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
