• Payment must be made within 24 hours of the auction ending. The winning bid is binding. If the winner fails to pay by the deadline, they agree to pay a €300 contractual penalty to cover administrative and sales costs.

• Not for party use; if significant disturbance or rule breaches occur during the stay, the owner has the right to terminate the accommodation without refund.
