- Insulation: 100 mm stone wool with a vapour barrier on the inside and bitumen roofing paper on the outside

- Floor joists fitted with support battens and 18 mm OSB board, above which floor insulation is installed

Roof covering:

- Underlay, ventilation battens and battens at c/c 400 mm, topped with Ruukki black metal roofing profile S18

Exterior finish:

- Exterior cladding: 23×145 mm cladding panels painted with Tikkurila Ultra Classic in the white shade "Pyry"

- Exterior door: factory-made cottage door with double-glazed thermal unit

- Windows: double-glazed toughened thermal units in 92 mm frames

- Interior lining: 145 mm wide pre-finished wooden cottage panels, which can be painted to your liking

- Floor: 21 mm tongue-and-groove floorboard topped with grey-toned vinyl planks

- Adjustable supply and extract air vents, 100 mm
