The apartments have a cosy and spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen. Some apartments have a fireplace. There are TVs in the living room and bedroom. The living-room sofa bed provides an additional bed for two adults. From the living room there is access to a 19 m² glazed terrace with infrared heaters and an electric fireplace. From the hallway there is access to the WC, bathroom and sauna. There is also a walk-in wardrobe in the hallway. Bedroom with its own WC and shower. Each apartment has mechanical cooling.

Each SpaSuites apartment includes one parking space in the building's lowest-level car park. There is lift access from the car park to the residential floors. The car park also houses lockable storage rooms for sports equipment for each apartment.
