The seller has described the item for the listing; the product has not been inspected by a professional, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect products carefully before purchasing. Always check related matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include roadworthy, unroadworthy and possibly untaxed vehicles.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws from the purchase the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt-collection fees in full with interest.
