Goods come from use or storage and were described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when creating the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the item and any relevant documents before placing an offer. A buyer cannot later claim something that could have been seen during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note that each bid may carry its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, a collection fee applies to each lot. • 🔕 Origin: Goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final. Check products carefully before buying. Always verify any related matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and MOT information using Traficom's public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection will be charged €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction and sale terms applicable to this auction before bidding.
