• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use or storage in their current condition. The items have been described by the seller for the sales advert. The product has not been inspected by a professional inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the advert was made.

• 👓 Right to inspect The bidder is obliged to inspect the item, the company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on anything that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty from the seller, and there is no right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if there are several bids, a collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is visible in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always verify all relevant matters before making a purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles on sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-offer the item and charge the bidder the difference between the previously offered price and the lower resale price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions before making an offer.

And please note that:

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and the item has no right of exchange or return

• the item is sold as is, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information in the advert is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days after the auction ends, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
