The lot is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Anything else visible in the photos is not included unless explicitly stated. The buyer has no right of exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, transfer, packing and removal of the lot and for any related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and any paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for possible errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is carried out using the auction details; bid with the correct identifiers. Any subsequent invoices with different details and other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Auction approval can take from days up to weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and on whether checks related to anti-money laundering and sanctions are required. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
