The item is used. You are welcome to inspect it.

Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are more detailed examples of the condition grades that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is virtually new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chair’s upholstery may have a single small stain, slight piling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall appearance is tidy and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: An office chair’s upholstery may have a few smaller stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more noticeable scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but they may be somewhat stiffer (for example in an office chair). Often an older model or upholstery faded compared with new, but functional - such a chair is classified as satisfactory.

• Poor: An office chair’s upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk’s top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiff (for example in an office chair).

Won lots must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection takes place from our central warehouse. Detailed collection information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After that we charge a storage fee of €50/day, unless otherwise agreed.
