The item is used. You are welcome to inspect it.

Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are more detailed examples of condition levels that apply to all furniture:

• Like new: The item is comparable to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: The office chair upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or some wear on the base. On electric desks the top may have a small scratch/light wear or the frame may have marks. Overall appearance is neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: The office chair upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain, and there may be marks on the base. Electric desk tops may have more visible scratches or marks and/or frame scratches. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be slightly stiffer (e.g. on office chairs). Often an older model and with upholstery faded compared with new, but functional — such an office chair is classed as satisfactory.

• Poor: The office chair upholstery is dirty or heavily worn and the base is scratched. Electric desk tops have several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be, for example, stiffer on office chairs.

Winning bids must be collected within one week of the auction ending. Collection is from our central warehouse. Detailed collection instructions will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge a storage fee of 50 €/day unless otherwise agreed.
