The item is used. You are welcome to inspect it.

Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition grades that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: The chair upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or minor wear on the mesh. An electric desk top may have a small scratch/light wear or marks on the frame. Overall the furniture looks neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: The chair upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and the mesh may show marks. An electric desk top may show more visible scratches or marks and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be slightly stiffer (e.g. on a chair). Often an older model and upholstery faded from new, but functional — classified as satisfactory.

• Fair: The chair upholstery is dirty or noticeably worn and the mesh is scratched. An electric desk top may show several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiffer (e.g. on a chair).

Won items must be collected within one week of the auction being won. Pickup is from our central warehouse; detailed pickup information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is to be delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge a storage fee of €50/day, unless otherwise agreed.
