The deadline for submitting offers ends on 15 March 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Offers placed in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make an offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid by the automatic bid increment function. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer applies. Submission of a written offer must be arranged with the enforcement officer in advance and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti Office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 11 March 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest offer made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may at its discretion extend the deadline for submitting offers.

Any charges for transferring connection contracts are the responsibility of the buyer.

The property under enforcement is sold in an online auction with automatic bid increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 15 March 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted to the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bid increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 11 March 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
