The item is sold without warranty or right of return. A handling fee of €29.90 will always be added to the auction price, regardless of whether the item is collected or delivered to the buyer. We charge €30 per day for storage if the product is not collected within five days after the end of the auction. The seller has the right to accept or reject the winning bid. The seller is the bankruptcy estate of Sons of Solar Oy. AA Realisointi Oy acts as the realisation agent and auction organiser, not as the seller in its own name. The contract is between the bankruptcy estate and the buyer. The seller is a bankruptcy estate and is not a trader as referred to in section 1, chapter 5 of the Consumer Protection Act. Consumer sale provisions of the Consumer Protection Act do not apply to this auction. Bids cannot be cancelled and the product cannot be returned. Failure to pay the purchase price will incur a resale and handling charge of 10% of the purchase price, but at least €100. Additionally, the buyer may be charged actual and reasonable costs arising from the cancellation of the sale. Unpaid receivables may be forwarded to a debt collection agency.
