The property will be sold by upward auctions in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 13 February and 8 March 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 8 March 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Office is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period. The Enforcement Office will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must then also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic incrementor. The offer must be delivered no later than 6 March 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Agency in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com auction item number. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
