• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold directly from use or storage, in their current condition. The item has been described by the seller for the auction listing. As the product has not been inspected by a qualified inspector, there may be latent defects not visible at the time of listing.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder must, before placing a bid, inspect the item and any company documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on matters that could have been discovered in a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, and there is no right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items from a bankruptcy estate Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check taxes, registration and inspection information for vehicles via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be: inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased goods.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
