• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a surveyor, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when making the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the relevant lot, company documents and papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will pass in full to the new owner. The sale includes both inspected and uninspected vehicles and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other utilities.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
