The property is sold by rising bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com 13 February 2026 – 15 March 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends 15 March 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in buyer liability under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code (Ulosottokaari). If it is not possible to place a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 13 March 2026 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the bailiff on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 13 February 2026 – 15 March 2026. The sale period ends 15 March 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase offer. The bailiff will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.
