The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment described in the advertisement and as at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return.

No warranty is granted for the property. The descriptions in the advertisement are the seller’s assessments of the property for sale.
