- loading onto the pallet (approx. 20–30 min)

Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and are not subject to return or exchange.

Items must be collected within 2 weeks; while collecting you can view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be handed over to the winning bidder or to a third party with written authorisation.

A cancellation fee of 10% of the sale price will be charged for cancelling a binding purchase or for an unpaid winning bid.
