• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder must inspect the item and any company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during a pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the originally offered price and the lower price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest.
