• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods are sold as found or from storage. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection by bidder The bidder must inspect the property, company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered in a prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
