• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use or storage in their current condition. The goods have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder is obliged to inspect the item, the relevant documents and records before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item has no warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Note that each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. • 🔕 Goods The items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always verify any matters related to the purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner. Sales may include inspected, uninspected and possibly untaxed vehicles.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other utility connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal from the site and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
