The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a modular, quick and easy-to-install 9 m² (3000 x 3000 mm) pressure-treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. A comprehensive delivery set means you only need a screwdriver to install the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3x3 prefabricated terrace consists of elements that make it easy and quick to install. In appearance and durability it corresponds to a traditional, site-built terrace.

The Patio Classic is stylishly simple in appearance: the decking is continuous without end joints. The decking is made with a solid, sturdy 145 mm wide pressure-treated decking board. The edge boards are fitted horizontally; a terrace with low adjustable feet is delivered with a single course of edging boards, while a terrace with high adjustable feet is delivered with two courses.

The terrace is delivered as three finished elements measuring 1000 mm x 3000 mm each. Each terrace element is light enough to be carried and handled by two people.

Installation is straightforward — for installation you only need a screwdriver. Everything else is included in the delivery.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet allow for small unevenness at the installation site and minor ground level variations. The low adjustable foot allows height variation up to 40 mm, the high adjustable foot up to 80 mm. The terrace height, depending on the foot setting, is 266–306 mm with low feet and 306–386 mm with high feet measured from ground to the top surface of the terrace. Delivery includes a groundsheet to be laid under the terrace to prevent weed growth. Installation is carried out by lifting the elements into place one at a time, adjusting height and tilt, and securing the next element. The elements are joined together with screw connections. The joining method is strong and the terrace will not sag even under heavy loads. All screws and the required screwdriver bits are included in the delivery.

The Patio prefabricated terrace is easy to expand and equip with accessories such as railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so that fitting additional equipment later is straightforward.

The terrace frame is made from efficiently protected, ground-contact suitable A-grade pressure-treated timber. Cut surfaces of the frame are treated with wood preservative and screw connections are made with stainless steel screws. The Patio prefabricated terrace has a five-year frame warranty.
