The item is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 17 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the bid price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the agreed purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61 on the same day. Further payment details will be provided to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer; this will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be submitted no later than 13 February 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at:

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.
