The deadline for submitting offers ends on 01 March 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted offer).

Offers submitted via the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has registered as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the bailiff, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the auction’s automatic increment system. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as offers made in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. Prior arrangements must be made with the bailiff for submitting a written offer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority’s Lahti office (Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti; Lahti office customer service is open on weekdays 09:00–12:00 in the shared service premises) or by e‑mail to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi no later than 26 February 2026 at 12:00.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
