The co-op rules also allow subletting and re-letting. Details can be found in the attached co-op rules. As a co-op member you may fully participate in the co-op’s decision-making; the co-op consists solely of its members.

Because this is a cooperative, there are no separate maintenance charges or financing charges; the rent paid by the member covers these costs. The current rent for flat A5 is €2,237.20. When converted to a housing company the rent will become a maintenance charge and either the cost of your own loan or a financing charge if you opt for a company loan. You may also pay the debt share in full if you wish. The maintenance charge is currently estimated at about €700–800 per month based on current calculations.

The co-op is currently undergoing a process to change the ownership form from a cooperative to a standard housing company. Co-op members will be given the opportunity to buy the flat assigned to them at the end of the process. At present the buyout price for flat A5 is estimated at €281,428.
