Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed with the buyer as soon as possible, but no later than 30 January 2026. Payment of the purchase price and the transfer of the membership book will take place at the signing.



Other costs

The buyer is responsible for any applicable transfer tax according to current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the purchase

If the sale does not take place due to the bidder, the seller has the right to claim €5,000 as compensation.
