• 🔕 Source of goods The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new and may have faults or deficiencies.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check any matters related to your purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking possible tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €40 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
