The stated condition of the item is based on a superficial inspection. The product may not have been tested in all respects. There may be latent defects, omissions or functional faults that were not detected when the auction listing was prepared. The buyer accepts the item as it is at the time of handover. The item is sold without warranty or right of return. A €29.90 office fee is always added to the auction price regardless of whether the item is collected or delivered to the buyer. We charge €30 per day for storage if the item is not collected within five days of the end of the auction. The seller has the right to accept or reject the winning bid. The seller is the bankruptcy estate of Långfilm Produktions Finland Oy. AA Realisointi Oy acts on a realisation assignment and for auction arrangements and is not the seller in its own name. The contract is concluded between the bankruptcy estate and the buyer. The seller is the bankruptcy estate and not a trader under section 1, chapter 1, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act. The provisions on consumer sales in the Consumer Protection Act do not apply to this auction. Bids cannot be cancelled and items cannot be returned. Failure to pay the purchase price will incur a resale and handling fee of 10% of the purchase price, however at least €100. In addition, the buyer may be charged the actual and reasonable costs caused by cancellation of the sale. Unpaid receivables may be forwarded to a debt collection agency.
