The item's stated condition is based on a superficial inspection. The product may not have been tested in all respects. The item may also have latent defects, deficiencies or malfunctions that were not apparent when preparing the auction listing. The buyer accepts the item in the condition it is at the time of handover. The item is sold without warranty or right of return. A €29.90 administration fee is always added to the hammer price, regardless of whether the item is collected or delivered to the buyer. We charge €30 per day for storage if the product is not collected within five days of the end of the auction. The seller has the right to accept or reject the winning bid. The seller is the bankruptcy estate of Långfilm Produktions Finland Oy. AA Realisointi Oy acts under a realisation mandate and in the auction arrangements, not as the seller in its own name. The sale is concluded between the bankruptcy estate and the buyer. The seller is the bankruptcy estate and is not an entrepreneur as referred to in section 1, subsection 5 of the Consumer Protection Act. The provisions on consumer purchase in the Consumer Protection Act do not apply to this auction. Bids cannot be cancelled and the product cannot be returned. Failure to pay the purchase price will be charged as resale and handling costs of 10% of the purchase price, but at least €100. In addition, the buyer may be charged the actual and reasonable costs arising from the cancellation of the sale. Unpaid claims may be referred to a debt collection agency.
