Arvo Investment Cooperative shares, 30 units, Raahe

Movable property will be sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com that ends on 29 January 2026 at 19:00. The senior enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid placed in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, after the bid is accepted, pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official escrow account.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Instructions for registering the new owner:

• The Enforcement Authority will notify Arvo Investment Cooperative of the completed sale.

• The new owner must complete the share transfer notification at: https://www.arvosijoitus.fi/arvosta/lomakkeet

• The buyer fills in the fields concerning themselves, i.e. the new owner's details. In the "Additional information" field enter "purchased in enforcement sale".

• The share transfer notification must be signed by the buyer alone.

• Attach to the transfer notification the certificate of acquisition issued by the senior enforcement officer and the receipt for payment of the transfer tax.

Terms of sale

The item is sold in an online auction with incremental bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 29 January 2026 at 19:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for damages in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to close the sale or extend the sale period.
