Seized detached house property in Varkaus, Varkaus

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 26 January 2026 and 16 February 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 16 February 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest.

The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may send a written purchase offer to the bailiff. The offer will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The offer must be delivered in writing by 13 February 2026 at 12:00 to:

The written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the online auction item number to which the offer applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that their contact details registered on www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will, in principle, be the person whose bid is accepted in the online auction. If a bidder has made a bid wholly or partly on behalf of another, they must present a power of attorney or other proof.

The property is seized and is sold in a free sale conducted by the bailiff, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are urged to familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
