The property is sold by auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 27 January 2026 – 23 February 2026. Participation requires registration. The bidding period ends on 23 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.
