The property is sold by auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 27 January 2026 – 23 February 2026. Participation requires registration. The bidding period ends on 23 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.
