The lot is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 23 January 2026 and 23 February 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 23 February 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The distrained object is sold by a private sale conducted by the bailiff on the online site www.huutokaupat.com. The sales period runs from 23 January 2026 to 23 February 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.

The bailiff will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period. If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the bailiff, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 19 February 2026 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the Enforcement Authority when submitting a written bid.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the bailiff. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment automation. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 19 February 2026 at 12:00 to the address Utsökningsverket/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Björneborg. A written bid is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the number of the item in Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves to be able to submit the bid.
