Mystery parcels sold by weight. Items are used.

Parcels are sold by weight, i.e.:

• €20 = 1.5 kg

• €40 = 3.0 kg

• €60 = 4.5 kg

• €80 = 6.0 kg

• €100 = 7.5 kg

• and so on following the same pattern, i.e. €20 = 1.5 kg

• You decide how many kilos of mystery parcels you want. A parcel will weigh at least the amount corresponding to the price or it may be heavier but not lighter. Weight includes the product, packaging and packing materials.

The parcel(s) may contain:

• Items from bankruptcy estates

• Residual lots

• Uncollected shipments

• Overstock

• Customer returns, etc.

• The parcel may include electronics, household goods, hand and power tools, etc.

• Shipping cost is always the same regardless of weight or number of parcels

• Shipments of more than one parcel are delivered to the door

The item can be delivered with Kiitolinja, car carrier or Matkahuolto etc., depending on the item, with the buyer paying all transport, shipping and packaging costs. Delivery outside mainland Finland is possible for an additional charge. For items we have sent but not collected, we will charge the same delivery cost that applied to the item, both for the return to us and for re-shipment. The item must be collected within 3 working days of the end of the listing or at the time stated in the notice (where collection is possible). After this we charge storage at €10 per day.

Shipping cost includes:

• Packing materials

• Packing (staff costs)

• Creation of shipping labels

• Matkahuolto collects parcels from us

• The transport itself

• etc.

• Shipping costs also include the value added tax payable to the state of 25.5%

• These costs cannot be included in the item's price in the auction like online shops do, because the price is not fixed. The auction price and shipping costs are the total price of the item delivered, including VAT.

• Multiple items can be packed in the same parcel
